Ceramic does not take on flavors or smells. It resistant to shocks and scratches. Ceramic also robust and resistant to extreme temperatures.
304 Stainless Steel
304 stainless steel contains high nickel and chromium. The high amounts of chromium and nickel give 304 stainless steel excellent corrosion resistance. It is less electrically and thermally conductive than carbon steel and is essentially non-magnetic.
Electroplating a thin layer of chromium onto a metal object. The chromed layer can be decorative, provide corrosion resistance, ease cleaning procedures, or increase surface hardness.
Modern Finishing. A texture applied to metal surface, which gives a dull and non-reflective finish. Scratched the top layers of the piece to reduce shinny.
Polishing Surface. Enhance the appearance, prevent contamination of instruments, remove oxidation, create a reflective surface, or prevent corrosion in pipes.
